Luminosa Music is committed to diversity & inclusion and to creating a welcoming environment for all musicians. We want to be representative of the communities we work in and welcome applications from all sections of society.

We encourage applications from all professional-level musicians regardless of ethnicity, gender or age.  An open call will be published when we are holding auditions. You can subscribe to updates to receive information on audition times.

 

Our auditions are held ‘screened’ which means that the audition panel cannot see the auditionee.  We believe this will help overcome unconscious bias and elements of ethnicity, gender or age will not be judged at the audition.

 

We are currently auditioning for a panel of substitute players.  We are currently a string orchestra so only string players may apply.  Applicants should have the relevant qualifications and an excellent level of performance.

Our audition venue has lift access and where possible our performance venues are wheelchair accessible.
