Safe to Create

The board of trustees and management of Luminosa Music and the Luminosa String Orchestra have formally adopted the Safe to Create Code of Practice by signing the Safe to Create Pledge.  This means that Luminosa has a zero tolerance attitude to abuse in the workplace.

The Dignity in the Workplace CODE OF BEHAVIOUR is a robust standard for how allegations of abuse should be dealt with throughout the arts and creative sectors. It was developed so all those working in the arts can be clear as to their rights and obligations regarding respect and dignity at work. We want arts organisations and individuals to formally sign up to the Code and publicly declare their commitment to its implementation.

This was adopted at our 2024 AGM.
